Please note the following under the payment:

A deposit of R 950 will be taken from the total amount of your stay to secure your booking, proof of payment to be sent via email within 24 hrs of booking, (If no response is received after 24 hrs of booking, it will be assumed as a cancellation). If booking is cancelled within 4 days of your stay the deposit will not be refunded.

A Breakage fee of R 500 will be added to the deposit of R 950 - which adds up to R 1 450 to be paid upfront, proof of payment to be sent via email within 24 hrs of booking, (If no response is received after 24 hrs of booking, it will be assumed as a cancellation). The Breakage fee of R 500 will be refunded within 4 days after your stay if no damages have been made.

The Extra Room can be added as an additional room to the House / Flat. A deposit of R 300 will be taken from the total amount of your stay to secure your booking, proof of payment to be sent via email within 24 hrs of booking, (If no response is received after 24 hrs of booking, it will be assumes as a cancellation). If booking is cancelled within 4 days the deposit will not be refunded.

A Breakage fee of R 150 will be added to the deposit of R 300 - which adds up to R 450 to be paid upfront, proof of payment to be sent via email within 24 hrs of booking, (If no response is received after 24 hrs of booking, it will be assumed as a cancellation). The Breakage fee of R 150 will be refunded within 4 days after your stay if no damages have been made.

If added as additional room to the House or Flat, the deposit of the room has to be paid along with the deposit of the House/Flat.
